Eric
J. Fahlman, ESQ.

Eric concentrates his practice on trust and estate planning, estate
administration, and business succession matters. In 2000 he co-founded
a boutique law firm dedicated to estate planning for high net wealth
individuals, now known as Fahlman Olson & Little, PLLC. Voted
"Superlawyer" 2000 to 2008 by Washington Law and Politics.
Voted to "League of Justice -Washington's Most Amazing Attorneys,"
by Washington CEO Magazine, March of 2006. Voted One of Best
Estate Planning Attorneys of Seattle, Seattle Business Monthly,
April of 2006. Voted one of Seattle's Best Attorneys by Seattle
Magazine, December of 2002 and January of 2005. Voted "Rising
Star" 1998 and 1999 by Washington Law and Politics.
Eric obtained a Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of
Washington in 1987, graduating cum laude. In 1990, he received his
Juris Doctorate degree from Washington and served as editor of the
Washington Law Review. He spends his time outside of the office
with his wife and two children.

Kurt
H. Olson, ESQ.

Kurt, an attorney and Certified Public Accountant (inactive), concentrates
his practice on trust and estate planning and administration, probate
matters and business law and succession planning for high wealth
individuals, including counseling clients regarding their closely
held business and real estate interests. He is experienced in establishing
family limited liability companies and limited partnerships, insurance
and personal residence trusts, family succession, business succession
estate plans, and other strategies to transfer family wealth and
reduce federal estate and gift taxes. Kurt obtained a Bachelors
of Arts degree in Business/Accounting from Washington State University
in 1979, graduating magna cum laude. In 1982, he received his Juris
Doctorate degree from Willamette University. Kurt taught Business
Law for Seattle Pacific University's MBA program. He is a member
of the Business Law and Real Property, Probate and Trust Sections
King County Bar Association, and the Seattle Estate Planning Council.

Casey
J. Little, ESQ.

Casey, a partner of the firm, focuses on estate and business succession
planning, as well as estate administration. He has experience with
dynasty trusts, limited liability companies (LLCs), sales to defective
grantor trusts, grantor retained annuity trusts (GRATs), qualified
personal residence trusts (QPRTs), and others. While practicing
law, Casey has also authored the Washington State Estate Tax and
Federal Gift Tax sections of the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual,
King County Bar Association, 1986 ed. (Vol. 4, Ch. XI, Part X (2006)),
and has served as an adjunct professor for the Seattle University
School of Law, teaching a course on drafting Wills and related estate
planning documents. He was also named a "Rising Star"
by Washington Law and Politics for the years 2000-2006. Casey
graduated with honors from the University of Washington School of
Law in 1999. While in law school he served as an editor for the
Washington Law Review and also worked in the school's Affordable
Housing Development Clinic, helping developers of low-income housing
obtain federal tax-exempt status. Outside of work, Casey enjoys
spending time with his wife and two children.

Jacquetta
D. Wheeler, ESQ.

Jacquetta is a graduate of the University of Washington, magna
cum laude, and Seattle University School of Law, magna cum laude.
While in law school, Jacquetta worked on the "Wills for Heroes"
project, providing estate planning services for law enforcement
officers and firefighters, and she co-authored the Washington State
Estate Tax section of the Washington Lawyers Practice Manual, King
County Bar Association. Jacquetta concentrates her practice on estate
planning.

Robin
Stickney, Paralegal

Robin specializes in estate and trust administration (probate and
non-probate), and the preparation and filing of estate tax returns.
Her responsibilities include preparing documentation for probate
administration, locating and valuing probate and non-probate estate
assets, drafting estate tax returns, and drafting documents to transfer
and distribute assets to beneficiaries. Robin has over 23 years
of experience in the legal field, 18 as a paralegal, and has devoted
the last 17 years to probate and estate administration.

Sonya Meredith Nyberg, Paralegal

Sonya's paralegal experience encompasses estate and tax planning,
trust formation and maintenance, estate administration (probate
and non probate), fiduciary accountings, estate and gift tax returns,
guardianships, real property transfers, civil litigation, business
formation, and ongoing business maintenance documents for all types
of business entities. She has over 20 years paralegal experience
in both Alaska and Washington.
